Shipping Methods

Economy
Order will be shipped via the most economical method. Rate applies to domestic orders only.

Priority Mail
Delivery confirmation and insurance included. You will receive an email with ship date and delivery confirmation number.

UPS
Choose from ground, two-day, or one-day shipping. You will receive an email with ship date and tracking number.

International
Packages up to 4 lbs. are shipped Global Priority Mail. Larger packages are shipped Air.

Backordered Items
Items on backorder will be shipped Economy at no additional chage. Your credit card will not be charged for the item until it is shipped.

Return authorization required
Prior to returning any item, contact us for a return authorization number. Packages not displaying a valid return authorization number will be refused and returned to sender.

30 day limit
Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of sale.

All sales final
No returns or exchanges on knitting needles, crochet hooks, books, patterns, magazines, sale merchandise, software, and food products.

Merchandise condition
Items must be in original condition and packaging, with any labels attached. No returns will be accepted for merchandise that has been openend or used. Yarn containing pet hair or odors cannot be returned.

Return shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. All returns are to be shipped to Sealed With a Kiss, 109 E. Oklahoma, Guthrie, OK 73044 within 30 days of invoice date. Return authorizaion number must be clearly written on the return label .
