What to do with Leftover Sock Yarn
Friday, October 23 • 1pm-4pm • $85

Wonder what to do with those odds & ends of yarn leftover from knitting socks? Rather than just hiding them in the closet, put them to good use to create toys (for both children and pets), holiday and gift adornments, wee pouches and even sock yarn blankets! Students should be comfortable knitting & purling, increasing & decreasing, and knitting in the round.

Toe Techniques for Toe Up Socks
Saturday, October 24 • 9am-12pm • $85

Several different cast-ons will be covered for creating toe-up socks: Turkish cast-on, Judy's Magic cast-on, short-row toe and others as time allows. The only skills required are the ability to knit and purl.

Heel Techniques for Toe Up Socks
Saturday, October 24 • 2pm-5pm • $85

Different heels for toe-up socks will be covered: Wendy's slip-stitch heel, gusset heel, and short-row heel. The only skills required are the ability to knit and purl.
