I love the airy look of her patterns. I haven’t knitted anything by dandoh but have the pattern Mirror which I plan to knit. I would love to knit the Connections cowl. I don’t have anything like it. It’s very elegant looking.

Of the designs listed here, I like the blue poncho on the cover of Breathe Modern best. I've been wanting for years to make one of Yumiko's older crochet designs, Sand and Shells.

I have not heard of Dandoh ( I know slap me! where have I been) The designs look very airy and I used to knit airy designs in the late 1950's and early 1960's. Loved wearing them so I will be looking at this when I come into the shop.

Love all her designs. I have made Chic. To select a favorite is almost impossible but
maybe Bamboo. The new cowl is a great looking accessory!

I have Breezy V and woven shadows faved in Ravelry. Thanks for the overview. I did not know about Dan Doh's history. I hope to knit a project someday. I do like simple designs and clean lines. It will be in the queue soon.

She had so many beautiful designs. The one I favor, at the moment, is Agava

I have inlet half way done. Need to get back to it. The joinery is beautiful but I’m a little intimidated so the cowl could be a perfect way to start that technique. All her stuff is beautiful

I like the geometry and airiness of Dandoh designs. But I generally don't reach for a winter coat until temperatures are below freezing, so I've been concerned that having to wear another layer under an airy top would be too hot for me. Even so, I have Agave on my wish list. :-)

A cowl would be a great way to get acquainted with Dandoh patterns!

So far, my favorite Dan Doh design is Joinery. I actually made one! I also enjoyed meeting Yumiko when she was here. I think the cowl looks very cute.

Plateau and Sedona Shadows are on my radar! The designs are so simplistic and free, a compliment to many outfits. I have been busy this year but ready to pick up my pins and enjoy some of these wonderful draping patterns and lovely yarns.

I live the simplicity of the designs, so clean cut, and beautiful. I would love to knit the Crosscurrents cardigan, or the waves shawl. I love natural fabrics. I have knitted with corn yarn, which was very interesting to work with. Definitely would love to knit this amazing piece.

It is very hard to choose my favorite design, I have done several and am giving a few as gifts this year. If I have to choose one, it would be Bamboo.
