My tree has always been family Christmas ornaments and glass blown ornaments my son has blown at our local glass shop. This year it’s plain so far only having white and red lights on it. I would love to try my hand at making some ornaments!

I really do enjoy decorating! I find that I put everything out and then spend a few days rearranging. The tree is always fun. We have had cats climb up and get stuck while we were putting ornaments on, toddlers who thought coat hangers needed to decorate the bottom foot of the tree and a year my kids insisted that we didn't need to decorate the backside - it made for a very crowded front side! I love that we have stairs now to drape greenery. I'm glad I have willing helpers.

Our ornaments go back to when we first got married and then having kids. Some are from ornament exchange parties and others from friends and family. Quite a few from our trips. They bring back memories and I do enjoy getting them out and hanging them on the tree. It would be fun to have the kids help but they are grown and not interested. Also they are boys! Looking forward to the KAL! The ornaments are so cute!

I always had the grandchildren to decorate the tree for years, now they are in another state or not interested, more fun with a large group.
I will decorate the tree and have ornaments that are 50 years old, bought or handmade they all go on the tree. Loved the Victorian Knitted ornaments, and these look like fun and easier to make.

I absolutely love Christmas decorating. My dream is to have my house look like a Hallmark Christmas Movie. I want lights in my bedroom, the whole nine yards! My downfall is getting started. Every year I say “I’m doing to start decorating earlier next year.”

Love Christmas but prefer to keep it simple. I do prefer the collection of ornaments collected throughout the years. It is fun to reminisce about them. I have never tried making ornaments but could be addictive.

My tree is full of generations of hand made ornaments. Precious time remembering my crafty family. I'd like to try a few Arne and Carlos Christmas Balls to add to my tree. I enjoy decorating with little helpers or a party with friends, many hands make light work.

I’m a keep it simple decorator since the death of my husband in December three years ago. I seem to avoid many of the things he helped put up when he was here and only use the smaller more subtle items as I work with my grief. I do find great peace in crafting—the yarn and patterns would bring great enjoyment.

My husband is more into decorating than I am. Putting up a large tree seems like such a hassle. I would rather have some cute figurines or ornaments decorating the mantle and tables. Still festive, but so much less moving furniture to allow room for the tree.

I'm a keep it simple person. I'm a huge Arne and Carlos fan. I've participated in several of their KAL.I have knitted a few balls but not the whole advent calendar. I did the Christmas stocking the last two years. That is the extent of my decorating.

I LOVE these ornaments. Colorwork is something I’m trying to learn currently. I do the decorations for my family. They enjoy it but don’t like to help. I keep it very simple because I don’t like to take it down.
