Our friend Shawndalynn recently won a trip to visit Manos del Uruguay IN Uruguay. The scholarship covers everything once she arrives in Uruguay. Shawndalynn is an autistic adult. Life hasn’t been easy for her, as you can imagine. She has worked so hard to overcome the challenges of living with autism. Learning doesn’t come easy, but she taught herself to knit. She also crochets and writes fan fiction. To date we have been able to raise the funds to cover her airfare, but there are many other expenses involved with getting her there. She has none of the needed travel provisions, including a suitcase nor a wardrobe suited for such a long excursion. We want her to be able to fully enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime experience!
Each $5 donation will give you one entry into the raffle. Raffle continues through February 13. We will announce the winner on February 14.
