- Sealed with a Kiss gladly accepts returns or exchanges on select merchandise, within 30 days from date of purchase.
- Original purchase receipt strongly recommended. If your order was placed via our website, we are typically able to locate the original purchase receipt by the name used to place the order. For in-store purchases we are typically able to locate the original purchase IF your customer information is provided; otherwise we will do our best to locate the original purchase in our system. If customer is unable to provide an original receipt, and we are unable to locate the purchase through our best due diligence the return may be denied.
- Items must be in unopened, in original packaging, with labels attached, and in original condition.
- NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on needles, hooks, printed material, discounted merchandise, or food products.
- Winding of skeined yarn into balls is complimentary, however, NO returns or exchanges will be accepted once they are wound.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please note that shipping fees are non-returnable.
